THIS GUIDE IS ONLY FOR USE BY THE ECBOCES LEADERSHIP TEAM IF YOU CANNOT FIND A VIDEO IN THE WARPWIRE SERVER THAT IS ACCESSED FROM THE STAFF FORMS PAGE ON OUR WEBSITE.


Our event recordings will be saved in Zoom's cloud storage for four weeks.  After this point, they will only be accessible through the new video hosting solution (Warpwire) that is accessible through the ECBOCES website.


Go to https://ecboces.zoom.us and log in.


When you log in, you will see some new menu items in the left hand column.  (If you do NOT see an admin menu, please contact the HelpDesk.)





Click on the Account Management heading to expand it and then click on the Recording Management link.











This will bring to a list of all recordings stored on Zoom's server.  





Click on the Topic Title to access that specific recording.












From this page you can download the recording and related files for editing and then uploading to the website.  If the recording does not need editing, you can actually just share the link to it as well.
