• Go to https://www.ecboces.org

  • Enter your ECBOCES account login in the login box.

  • Click on Login.


  • In the Search Site/Events box start typing the name of the event. Just type a few letters.

  • Find the training that you are hosting and click on the name of the training.  Alternatively, you can get to the event page from the calendar.

  • Scroll down the page to The Day of the Event Area

  • Click on the green Check Mark.  That should bring you to the following screen.



  • Participants can register their own attendance. Have them log into the site in the same way that you did and also click on the green check mark button.

  • They will be prompted for a password. Give them the keyword that will show in a new screen when you click on the key icon.

  • If registrants are unable to access the attendance, check that the date is correct. If it is not, click on the Edit Icon.

  • Fill in the correct information and click on Update. This should then open the attendance session.

  • If you need to take attendance for a participant, click on the little green arrow icon under Action.

  • On the next page, you will see a list of registered users. Click on the circle by each name under the P (Present) column to mark them as in attendance. When done, click on the OK button at the bottom of the page. You can click on the P at the top of the column to quickly mark everyone present and then just mark the missing ones Absent one by one.
